NEW MAGIC PLANET FEC FOR OMAN
Majid al Futtaim Properties is to build a new Magic Planet family entertainment centre and expand an existing location as part of the redevelopment of the Muscat City Centre and Qurum City Centre malls in Oman.
As part of the project, estimated to represent an investment of nearly $30m, the Magic Planet FEC within the Muscat City Centre mall will be expanded by 20 per cent to 19,500sq.ft to accommodate more games and rides.
At Qurum City Centre, the company is to build a new 5,800sq.ft Magic Planet-branded FEC featuring soft play areas, rides and redemption equipment.
New cinemas, retail and dining facilities are being added to both malls.
